Another key milestone in the company's history was 2004 as we introduced a fully own develop special product for external temperatur measurements on pipelines. This special sensor is ever since a unique product on the market which is mainly used in the Pharmacytical as well as Food & Beverage industry.
2012 the current managing director Florian Schweitzer (MBA & Industrial Engineering degree) came into the company after working several years in a leading position at ABB Germany. He manages the over 100 year old family business together with his father Werner Schweitzer.
In 2017 the company has been transformed into a new legal entity with the name Schweitzer Messtechnik GmbH & Co. KG under the managment of Florian Schweitzer.
Our product are widely used worldwide in many different industries such as in test stands for automotive, pharma and chemical industry, food & beverage production, gasproduction, medical engineering or plant engineering.
